ReplyDeleteIs the lymphocyte nucleus pink(eosin)? Or are they blue(hematoxylin)?
ReplyDeleteTheir nuclei are purple stained by hematoxylin. Because they have very big nuclei that almost fill the cytoplasm, we mainly see the nuclei of lymphocytes, not cytoplasm at light microscope, so we see purple round cells.
